Hi all
Using my 10x50 binos I observed Lovejoy as it closed in on Polaris. The comet was easily seen, despite the vile light pollution from my area, it was seen at the four o'clock position with Lovejoy being no more than a star like object and it was good to see both objects in the same field of view.
I turned to the moon for a couple of minutes and enjoyed some lunar delights.

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.
