Yep, there's a bag with a leaky lubricant gun and some tools loose in space. Would the finder please give me a call on 08...

Well, I lose tools all the time when I am doing a bit of DIY and I have the assistance of gravity i.e hammer should be on the floor somewhere ......only explanation it must have floated away :(

Kevin Fetter video-recorded the 8th magnitude backpack-sized bag gliding over his backyard observatory in Brockville, Ontario.

Its about one Min ahead of the ISS and you can even get a track here;

I watched the video of the incident itself and well,
I have my reservations about it 'slipping' out of the astronauts
