Hi all

Got this image while on holidays in Bunratty, Co Clare. It is a collection of 27 light frames, a similar number of dark frames and 12 bias, total exposure was 5m12s using a Nikon D7000, Sigma 24-70 f/2.8 lens operating at f/2.8 and Skywatcher Star Adventurer mount. ISO 500, long exposure noise reduction on.

Here's the link, hope you enjoy:

I notice there is a lot of vignetting on the edges, can anyone tell me how I can eliminate this, or reduce it, either with camera settings or post production.

Paul

Nice shot Paul. I actually count 2 meteors as well as a couple of satellite passes. Those satellites are really annoying in general at this time of year.

Great shot Paul. And from just up the road from my house. :-p
The Castle area is badly light polluted. (When they have the lights on it & from the hotel across the road) Where did you take the shot from?

Thanks Frank, I took it from the rented cottages close to the old hotel.
