FYI - Boards updated to latest PHPBB version (2.0.19)

I've just completed my last act as IFAS Webmaster, I've updated the forum software to the latest version so we're as secure as we can be during the transition period.

Turns out it was a really easy update, none of the files I've modified were repalced so I didn't even have to re-apply our modifications!
