Before I forget how to set up and use my scopes due to this lousy weather I thought I would set them up in one room. Now we wait for some clear weather......

That's some nice equipment.

If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for them all?

Greg ;)

Hi

If I can remember...
The short tube I got in the US for 200 dollars in 1999 and brought it home. The mount cost an extra 80 dollars on another trip.
The 8" 2080 SCT I got in Australia-I think it was $3000AU back in 1994.
The CGE11 was recent and bought locally for about 6.5K complete.

Hi John,

Some Nice Looking Scopes there. I know I'm probably a bit biest but the CGE looks incredible. I never get sick at looking at that Scope

Not really. That was a set we brought back from Turkey during the last solar eclipse. Nearly had it taken from us by customs in Amsterdam......
