Indeed ... I had to miss it due to a very nasty cold so I'd love to get the official version of te minutes, apparently I have to make the web site look less nerdy or some such? :?

I have no idea, I'll just have to use my imagination but I can tell you one thing, the day psychadelic fonts and colours make an appearance on this site is the day I resign as webmaster!
