Congratulations to Dave Grennan from Dublin has discovered hid 3rd supernova in nearly 4 years:

Dave Grennan discovered the new 'type 1/c' supernova nearly two weeks ago.
Its existence was confirmed by a team of professional astronomers in China and announced by the International Astronomical Union yesterday.
It has been named "Supernova 2014as".
