I just dont want to be rude if NASA are watching but would like to hear their side!

After watching that YouTube clip, I would be very skeptical of it (and the book he is plugging). NASA have been working very hard for years to find life anywhere in the Universe. Remmber ALH84001? It would be a major boost to their scientific research and the future of the organisation if they did find life on Mars. If they found fossils on Mars, why would they not announce it? If they were trying to hide evidence of fossils, why would they release images showing these supposed "fossils"?
Sounds like just another conspiracy theory....

I am slightly skeptical too of it but the fact that Nasa 'bent over' when accused of deception and dishonesty and released the images is a bit strange, I know Nasa are not full of cash at the moment and if someone accused them of dishonesty and deception then I would think that they could have easily counter sued for Liable or Slander if he didnt have evidence to back up his accusation.

I would take this with a pinch of Martian sea salt. I agree that the signature of life can look suspiciously similar to "natural" chemical processes....but Trilobites......????? look-alikes....The theory of Pan-Spermia, supposes that life might be seeded throughout the universe - but i don't believe it suggests that a ready formed, complex life form would appear in two places at once.

I can't comment on any case against NASA based on very little info. I very much doubt it is as one-sided as you are portraying though. Have you got more details on the case, preferably from the court itself or some independent body?

Its like this, you either trust Nasa or you dont.
This isnt an episode of the x-files, what would be gained by hidding a discovery like this??
oh the poor earthlings!, "they could never handle the fact there there might be life elsewhere", yea right. !!
What disaster would be avoided by hiding that there is fossilised life/remnants on Mars ???
For crying out loud, Nasa are trying to justify technically very difficult mission to the Jovians moons in the hope that there is life in sub surface oceans, thats how despirate they are to find life!
I for one believe Nasa, if they found fossilised life we'd all know about it be now, it would be a massive PR coup for them, a massive feather in their cap.!! It would be seriously in their interest to announce it, they could use it to justify more funding, bombarding the planet with martian landers, use it to accelerate the manned missions.

Nope I aint buying the conspiricy theory. Nasa recently tried (or atleast one of their PR gurus tried)implying that they discovered the recent impact on Jupiter, anything to boost their public visibility which would increase funding. Funding follows success.
I always try and approach everything with an open mind, but not so open that my brain falls out.
