I've been using this one:
www.metoffice.gov.uk/satpics/latest_uk_ir.html
But you are quite right. I thought we were still getting stuff off the Atlantic like a few days ago. Didn't realise the winds had shifted and now the winds are coming from the SE. Clicked back a few hours to watch the progression and sure enough theres a clear patch over Cornwall and the Irish Sea coming our way!
Excellent!! Better get my laser collimator mount built pronto and collimate my laser collimator. I think this is where all my collimating problems were coming from. Its bloody way off!! Thought I had a few days to get on top of my collimation before the next clear spell...I've only got about 3 hours!!
Any experts out there that can read the other weather info, ie pressure, dew points wind etc and know how to interpret these re. Seeing and Transparency?? What are the prospects for tonight re same?
