Irish weather in general is frustrating. Summer can be as bad if not worse then winter. Infact we really dont have seasons here...............just weather.

Great idea.
The Irish law will state:
"No cloud is permitted over Ireland as of 1st Jan 2008.."
Irish law did this before.
In Ireland a circle is legally a square.
The law governing the "Insurance Disc" on your car states:
"The Disc shall be SQUARE"
We squared the circle.
We can do anything in this country.
