Sounds like you need to take a look here so: www.questarcorporation.com/But I was thinking a big Mak needs a little Mak finder.

Thanks Jeff - should easily ride on the 140lb capacity 1200, unless you're lashing on over 40lbs of other kit or piggybacking the 16" Meade
16" RCOS price - phew - that's pricey but as ever in this "hobby" you get what you pay for. Like the AP...
If you get TEC/TV quality, that'd be excellent. I'm sure there were rumours of AP opening up a Mak-Cass production run soon... Unless you get in the first five postions, I can see that waitlist being measured in decades
By the way, looking at the pics of your scope being assembled, I hope they had it chocked when it was on the table! Imagine seeing *that* roll off...
Let us know when you are expecting it and especially what the first light is like.
One final question - does this mean you'll be selling the 16" OTA?
Cheers
Dave

Dave --
I talked to Roland a bit, and while he wasn't giving much up, I think his offering is going to be in the 10" to 12" range.
Yes, the Meade 16" OTA will be up for sale once the new Mak's up and running.
