While I'm plugging my shots, here's a very unusual diamond ring image. I swear I don't remember doing this...

Wow Dan!
Fantastic tale and fantastic shots!
I love them all.

The last one really shows the distinct shadow that raced
overhead.
I love the second one also with the planets.
Although the first is probably my fav.
Simply because of the little bit of explanation of what ye did to get there I can almost hear ye panting out of breath (the blurred arms add to the 'movement')
In a word. superb.
Awesome representations of an awesome event.

I did see on Utube that china was very cloudy!
who'd have guessed!

Now that's class!

It's very difficult for a photo to give an accurate representation of what an eclipse looks like to the naked eye, but that image comes very close.

I can't help it :p

Against my better judgement I'm going to link to my girlfriend's recording from her digicam.

If you want to see the build up to it first, then please look here before clicking the above link

I APOLOGISE FOR MY LANGUAGE IN ADVANCE! (I was a bit stressed out)

Enjoy and no slagging :p
