M42 sketch from a 16inch Meade in Kildare

It was Jeff's scope and he was throwing it out in the trash so I did him a favour and disposed of it for him.
With the size of this thing, my observatory is a little "cosy" now.
Will need to upgrade the observatory shortly.
BTW, are you down this direction anyting over Christmas?
Any good with a hammer and nails?

If you run out of nails by the time it gets to Cosmos I will bring down some heavy duty tape and a big staple gun:laugh: .
