So no problems as a result of the crazy wind and rain we had down here in Kildare on Monday? If it survived that intact it will survive anything.

Michael - any chance of directions to your gaff? And do we need to bring anything? Wine, beer, Televue Naglers...

Feel free to BYON (Bring Your Own Nagler!)
Seriously, I wouldn't worry about bringing stuff. I would ask though that people either respond here/phone me/e-mail me/pm me if they are interested in coming down just so that I get a rough idea of numbers, so that I can have enough food and drink ready etc.
Partners are welcome, so feel free to bring Fiona. Same goes to everyone else. Denise might enjoy talking to someone about something other than astronomy!
Directions:
When driving on the M7 Dublin-Limerick road, take the turn off for Monasterevin. Follow the signs into the town. As you're entering the town, take the first left opposite the petrol station - it's signposted for Athy. About 100metres out this road, take the first left. About half a mile out this road, there's a housing estate of red-bricked houses on the left - go in there (It's called Ros Glas Avenue). I'm down the back, No.39.

Michael,
Given the weather today, are you going to hold the BBQ in the observatory, did you install a chimney
