OK, I know what you're thinking...what the hell is that on the top of the roof! All will be revealed in due course!...let's just say this is not the finished product yet. We hope to dress it up a bit....more in the next few days...
Notice the wheels however which are now in place. We've tried the roof in position and it rolls over and back very nicely. The roof is nearly waterproof now (corrugated plastic on top and 12mm ply on the sides) and the final waterproofing touches will be done in the next couple of days. After that, the cosmetic stuff will begin!

Thats great work Michael and Dave P.
What is the scope going to sit on. Are you going to use a pillar or are you using the tripod.
If you use the tripod, are you going to make holes in the floor so it sits on the concrete??
I used a tripod on a wooden floor before and the view through the eyepiece was wobbling all over the place.

Perhap because light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

For the mo, I'll cut holes in the floor and use the tripod. Then I'll put a false floor in with a mini trap-door effect over each leg so that I can remove the tripod after or adjust the leg height. I'll probably sit each on a little pad of concrete alright. Will be alot cheaper than using a pillar.
Any other ideas?
