Just got this and the power jack supplied doesn't fit my Celestar. Just wondering if anyone who has a Celestar knows the size and type of jack required?

Dont have a celestar, but the guarnteeded way to get it to work would be to get a Car Battery Adater www.celestron.com/prod_pgs/accessories/power_supplies.htm

A decent electronics shop should be able to sort you out with something compatible.

hth,

Hi All,
I had a look at this power pack in Lidl yesterday, it can supply up to a maximum of only 1 amp, thats grand if all you intend running is your scope.
However, if you intend running a dew heater off this you need to be carefull, my dew heater draws more current then this,
so this power pack is useless to me, unfortunately.
Just careful not to overload it. :!:
