Hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Although with this weather I've not had much chance to give them a really good "first light on a decent night".

1300 Euros for a binocular tripod !!!!!

BCF in London are selling top quality 25 X 100 binoculars for less than 200 Sterling.

They are selling a rock solid heavy duty tripod designed for the binos for 80 sterling.

I bought both. Bino heaven.

(No I am not paid by them.)

Hi
I bought a pair of celestron 15x70mm from Argos last week (the last pair). Only had one chance to take them out but the image of the moon through them is amazing. The only problem with them is the cheap tripod adapter they supply which flexes and vibrates forever everytime I move the tripod making them difficult to use. I have ordered a new metal adapter from telescope house this fix this problem. Great binoculars though for the price.

I have 15x70 bino from telescope service. It is Celestron with better antireflection layers. Telescope is good, with 70 degree eye pieces and 4.5 degree field. Stars are not pinpoint ~ 1/5 from the edge. It is also very light ~1.5 kg, so I do not need tripod.

And with two UHC filters... this bino rocks :-)
