Hi Peter
Nothing wrong with recommending cheap binocs, everyone loves a bargain. Hopefully this will be a good batch and people will be able to use them for observing. I too would love to hear reports on these
cheers

I bought a pair of the zoom binoculars in ALDI today to try them out - at €17.99 how could I go wrong!
Well, I'm afraid they're really terrible - and they're going back!. Besides having chromatic aberration they're seriously out of focus at the edge of field.
I bought a pair of 10x50 binos in LIDL a few weeks back and besides some chromatic aberration, they are comparatively a joy to use.
