I saw that to :lol: the add also says that the polar finder is illuminated, thats surprisingly good
I have no interest in the OTA, but the mount does look very nice for visual.
If you have a small/mid sized refractor at home and have a bockedy mount, then this is a good mount upgrade. A year or so ago, I tried getting the LXD mount alone and it was expensive, so this is a good price IMHO, although I probably wont go for it, mainly because I dont need it.

I'm curious, why would you choose the ETX over the LXD75?

I have the ETX-125PE and was thinking about getting this LXD75.
The mount is better, surely?
Would not the views be better also?

I'm getting old Frank. I know it would be the wrong choice but it would be easier to lift, carry, put together, and particularly to take down on a cold night when my hands freeze up and turn into crab claws.

The N6-AT LXD75 weighs about 48 pounds and most of that is LXD75.
