Good to see it at an end.
Looks like Meade won the battle.
Hopefully both sides can focus on doing what they should be doing.

This seems like a good deal for both sides which is a good thing. There is nothing worse than a monopoly! (just look at Microsoft)

Settling legal arguments and putting the money into development is MUCH better than paying the lawyers. Especially if Microsoft give you a couple of billion too :-)

It does look like Meade was slightly the victor...
For those who might be interested in the history between these 2 companies, I came across a page a number of years ago about the meade history with a bit of celestron history thrown in.

I find the following excerpt very apt.... :lol:
