Michael - I used a freeware FTP program - sorry, I forget the name. It was configurable in that I could FTP an image every x seconds to my site. The only issue was that it had to be the same filename - I set up my Autostar spoftware to just overwrite the same image when it took a new one and then the ftp software would kick in a few seconds later and send the updated file.
I just had to make sure the two pakages were synchronised to a small degree (take image at T+0 minutes, ftp image at T+1 minute).
