Narrowband filters will offer even better contrast, however you need different filters for different objects........ and they arn't cheap !

Anyone got any impressions of these Baader Neodymium filters (on sale at "telescope planet"). Seem really cheap and show good results. To good to be true?

The Neodymium is a moon and skyglow filter, which is fine if that's what you want but only improves contrast across the normal spectrum compared to an unfiltered view. If you're looking for a true narrowband filter in the Baader catalog then what you need is either the general use UHC-S Nebula Filter (Ha, Hb, OIII) or the more specific O-III Narrowband Filter.
