You put strap around your neck, attach Bino's to threaded end of bar and hold the other end of the bar against your chest. Hence transfering the weight of the binos from your arms to your chest. This will result in steadying the binos and giving your arms a rest.
hmmm ... an interesting idea .... I'd want to try it before parting with cash though .... not sure how well I think it would work.
