I have a number of wide field eyepieces, maybe you would consider getting them second hand, I hardly buy any astro equipment new, I got mine at nice discounts on astromart.com and astrobuysell.com (the dearer of the 2).
For inmstance the nagler add I put up is for an eyepiece that is the cost of a small scope, but there is no way I'd pay full wack for it.
