We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time. . . .

2500 for the 16", seems to be an amazing price, although he did say the "stand" need work, whatever "stand" means?
He is either desperate, or it has bad optics or its not legit.
of course this might be the old starfinder he is talking about, not the SCT.

i dont want to rain on anyone's parade, but as the saying goes " if it sounds too good to be true, then it generally is". just be thorough in your examination of the equiptment and questioning of the seller.

Hi guys! i was talking to the owner of the 16" and he meant that it has a motorised mount but that its a huge amount of hassle! There is absolutely nothin g wrong with it!!!! So if youre looking for a big aperture scope for a good price then here it is!!!
This is what steven said to me!
Hi, it's on a motorised mount that tracks the stars around the sky if you set it up right but personally i've never used the motorised mount, i've never really been into it i rather do the old fashioned way. I was tryin to get an equatorial mount for it but not much luck yet. Although i must say the views i've seen of the nite sky have just beed absoulutly amazing.
I believe alot of people would agree with his view! Theres nothing like the satisfaction you get when you find a galaxy by your own means!!!
