BC&F Telrad dew controller was created by johnomahony
I recently purchased of of the new Telrad dew removers from BC&F. It cost about €25. Its a small block heater that fits under the glass of the Telrad (between the glass and the lens) and plugs into most dew controllers. A small strip of velcro tape holds it in place. I have managed to use it once. It seems to work quite well on my Kendrick control module. It cleared a completely fogged Telrad glass in a few minutes at full power.

Check out the link from BC&F

Not sure of the power it used-it didn't come with any information but you can feel the warmth at full power with your finger.

John,
is the physical heater part the rectangular-looking object I see on the Telrad in that BG&F description page?

Thats the one Seanie. It doesn't get in the way of the field of view. The cable holding it is rigid and covered with velcro. It's held in by a piece of velcro tape that you stick into the side plate of the Telrad. It seems to hold on fairly well even with the cable going to the controller.
