The Best thing to do before all that is just to Look up at the sky with your naked eye its the best the for it
After wards a nice pair of binoculars after you get more technical get the telescope am i right??

Yep. Not only are a pair of bino's affordable and extremely portable, but the better ones will obviously offer an unrivalled and sharp large field of view. Great for things like scanning along the Milky Way, looking at clusters and the Moon, and even for faint galaxy's and nebulae. A tripod would help, and an easy chair to relax in while using them.
Then, when you think you can't go any better with them (as a young beginner), take the big leap and go the expense of a larger telescope.
Most of us here have been there, done that.
