Dew Heaters was created by dmcdona
Folks - anyone got any feedback on dew heaters? Being a victim of foreshortened observing sessions, I think I should invest...

I heard Kendricks are very good...

Dave,

Well, I'm glad you changed the first version of your post!

Kendrick dew heaters are excellent but you could make your own for less money. I made one for my SCT which works well. Can't recall what plans I used as it was some years ago but here's a couple of links. Radionics or Peats can supply the components.

Gordon - thought I'd deleted that quick enough for no-one to see it...

Hope it wasn't a Freudian slip!

Thanks for the links - will follow them up!

Dew heaters are a MUST if you have a schmidt/mak type scope. I got mine from Telescope House in the UK and it's fine.
