IC 2177

I have imaged this area before (different framing) but this is one from February - just tried to improve it some today. This is a total of 15 hours using SII, Ha & OIII filters with QSI6120 camera on FSQ130 scope.

Oh - I remember you giving us IC 2177 before, Brendan.
Definitely a few years ago.
It might be over 7 years ago.
Here we have another glorious nebula from your magnificent imaging equipment!
Sensational all around.

When do you reckon you will have clear skies again, Brendan?

There is no end in sight over here in Ireland.
We are having so many clear nights.
Although, having said that, we appear to have some white clouds in Dublin.
Let's hope they will go away soon.

Aubrey.....from what I am looking at it could be early hours of 29th for a reasonable opportunity....after that....next clear forecast is in May

Not sure if that link will show you....but looks like the weather patterns have definitely reversed.....but I don't begrudge you guys .....enjoy it while you can.
