Antares area in Scorpius was created by Keith g
Hi again, the Antares area in scorpius is beautiful to scan with in binoculars on a warm summer night :D this was no.1 target for the night, but the haziness took a bit away from it, still it's not bad. This is a stack of 7 exposure, one at 8 mins, f4.5, one at 7mins f4.0, 4 at 5mins f4.0 and one at 4mins f4.0, all at ISO 800. One to try for better later on in the Summer.....

Absolutely stunning!
Sounds like you put a lot of work into this shot and it shows. For a long exposure there's little or no trailing, detail is incredible. Hope you don't mind if I PM you for some tips when (if) I get to your level?
