Below is an image of the moon taken this evening.
Canon 300d, Pentax 75 SDHF, Taken & processed by Michael O'Connell (Observatory Director) & Dave McDonald (Observatory Assistant/Janitor)

but what a way to go.

Well there is certainly a nice bright high moon tonight, go have a look if you haven't seen it yet.
There is a nice big wide field of view with that scope/camera combination, the glow around the moon adds to the atmosphere,
Make sure you give Dave McD a good vacuum cleaner to keep that bright carpet clean in the observatory :lol:
