NGC 281 - The Pacman Nebula was created by DaveGrennan
I don't normally publish projects in progress however, I thought this one stands on it's own to a degree.

The cloud rolled in to prevent me getting any luminance data. Maybe Thursday night! So this is just 6 x 5 mins in R G and B with a bit of cloud thrown in for good measure!
ATIK 16HR, Astronomik RGB filters (and Astronomik CLS filter)
10"f/4 newtonian on CGE mount, autoguided.

OH! WOW! that's a work in progress?
It's beautiful, I can't find fault (you'll have to ask Dave McDonald for that).
Please post the final result when you're finished.

Dave - that's a jaw-dropper! Dust, gas, reflection, EGGS, Bok Globules and shed-loads of definition! Beautiful. Now get back out to that observatory, laddie, and finish the job - I wants to see the luminance!
