Simply stunning is how one can summon the results of this image! Is this the raw image or was any post processing done? I took a similar picture on Saturday night at about 22:30 and the raw image is almost identical to your photo. In fact I thought there was no need for post processing as the photo captured the essence or beauty of the moment.
Well done and clear skies
Mike

Mike,
The only processing done was a bit of level adjustment to bring out the earthshine and obviously cropping. I was surprised to see the 'spikes' on venus as the lens is just a 300mm zoom. The timing was similar - around 10:30.
