IC 1396 The Elephant Trunk was created by Gary Clarke
22nd September 2007, Clonee Observatory, Dublin 15. 3 x 10min, 8 x 15min taken through a SBIG ST8-KME on a Williams ZS 80EDII, piggybacked on a CGE 11. Astronomik H-Alpha filter and a self guided through the SBIG ST8-KME, Darks and Flats subtracted in Images Plus, and finished in CS2

How did you find using the H-Alpha filter? Any issues with guiding? Any blooming on the 15min exposures?
