Very nice. What focal ratio did you use?
My DMK camera should hopefully arrive this week-looking forward to imaging Saturn.

Thanks John,
I just used the Scope itself without a barlow giving me a focal length of 2800mm. The image is resized up by about 1.5 times

Hey there Steve don't be to hard on yourself for a
first LRGB image it's not bad at all i really like the
amount of detail you managed to capture in the
cloud belts. With the ring's closing fast you'll be
doing well to get many more like that one.

Steve,
That's great, especially for a first image with the new camera.
A couple of tips though if you don't mind me addeing:
1) Take loads of frames - couple of thousand or so
2) When you've stacked and aligned them all in Registax, be careful not to overdo the sliders in Registax. It looks like you've applied too much sharpening/unsharp mask to the image in order to increase the contrast. Unfortunately, this has a knock-on effect on the image in other ways.
Hope you don't take any offence from these comments as they are only intended as constructive criticism.
I'd be interested to see what the final image was like BEFORE you adjusted any sliders.
Regards,

Steve,
The image has a fine image scale and some good detail, RGB is no walk in the park, I'm sure you'll be an expert with it soon enough.
