4 image mosaic Moon 08-02-09 was created by james335k
Finally finished processing a few avi's from earlier this evening.
The seeing was very good and stable once the showers had cleared.

Hi James,

I think your moon Images are very good. Now here is some feed back the amount of detail in this image is fantastic BUT the image is way over sharpened. You can tell this by the white ring around the edge on the moon. But it can be easily fixed well done on a very good image.

Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Nice mosaic James!
I'd have to agree with Carl there.
It's very easy sometimes to over sharpen an image.

What software are you using for your processing etc?

I agree with what the lads are saying, the basis of a great image is there, just be careful not too be to eager and push the levels (registax) or unsharpmask (photoshop) too far. It's so easy to do!.

Thanks for the feedback guys, it's really appreciated. I'm sharpening the images in Registax and combining in Photoshop CS3. I'll have another bash at processing (reduce them sliders a bit) and see if I can improve the image.

What do you think of this version guys? Should I reduce my sharpening further or boost the contrast a little maybe?
