Astrophotography from Donegal was created by Donegal Skies
Hi all,
I am new to this forum. I am an avid and ever learning astrophotographer. I just thought I would introduce myself and share one or two of my images with you. My name is Brendan Alexander and I am from Donegal. I have been into astronomy for two and a half years and the photography side of things for the last two years. I set up a website back at the end of December with the goal of informing the people of Donegal and Ireland on what is going on in the sky. I also use it to share my images with people who may not typically see much astrophotography. I also have a few tutorials on getting started in observing and imaging on there too. The site's address is www.DonegalSkies.com . Anyway here is a few of my images, as I say I still have a long way to go before I reach my goals.

Hi Brendan,
Great to see you on this site I've seen your images through the years they are very impressive. Obviously you have an eye for the artistic beauty of space and a talent for astrophotography it's not an easy hobby between image capture and processing. So welcome aboard and keep shearing those very impressive images.
Carl.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. Carl you have so smashing images. Seeing some of your images helped get me interested in this great hobby. I can't believe I am only really finding this great Irish astro resource after almost three years in the hobby. All the organisers and members have done a great job with this site.
