Carl O'Beirnes image on Sky at Night again! was created by Reggy
I was watching The Sky at Night on BBC4 this evening, they were going through the Moore Marathon for this winter and were looking at the Constellation of Taurus. To my delight one of the Galaxy images was taken by Carl O'Beirnes, just goes to show the quality of the work being done by the many amature (in my opinion, in name only)astronomers here and abroad.

Sorry just seeing this post now. It was a nice surprise seeing the image. John everything is up and running fine' took a while but that was expected.

The 3m Dome and scope is all run remotely which make life that bit easier.
