do you realise what you have just done? Now that you have strongly recommended a visual sight to behold in the night time sky, it is to rain - heavily, apparently - for the next couple of days, followed by cloud!

I had a look at Chi tonight and it is strange to see "new" star in a familiar constellation.
I got a picture of Cyngus through the gaps in the clouds and compared it to a picture taken at the end of May. Then I made up this (180k) animation.

I saw this naked eye last night at about magnitude 3.7, brighter than eta !
