Hi Nick,
There are several online tools that allow you to see the positions of Jupiter's moons at any date and time that you specify. Links to two such sites are below:

www.shallowsky.com/jupiter.html
Alternatively, download the free planetarium programme "Stellarium". It has really nice graphics and will allow you to zoom in on Jupiter, and many other astronomical objects, so see the positions of its moons. Again you can change the time if you wish. Download it (PC, Mac & Linux versions) from:
www.stellarium.org/
