On April 2nd 3rd and 4th, Venus approaches M45.  On the 3rd the Pleiads get a new sister as Venus enters the cluster, lying just 1/4 degree south of Alcoyne.

It was a spectacular sight last time in 2012 through my William Optics 158 mm apochromatic refractor even at mere 40X
