Thats what we had last time. I'd imagine the number would be down this time since we are not going for a week to a Mediterranean holiday resort!

Plus, accommodation will not be as readily available! There is already whispers of people organising CAMPING trips (for real, I've read it somewhere else) to the area because the one hotel, and few guest house apartments, are already taken.

For those of you that just can't get by without a pint while traveling abroad....

You need to be careful about the Irish Pubs in Russia.

I was in one in St Petersburg and they were showing cricket and had a string quartet playing classical music in the corner.

I didn't have the heart to tell them that this isn't exactly what you get in a typical Irish Pub
