29 was good Graham considerihng I only got 9.
What lens are you using again?
What direction is the camera aimed at?
I use a 12mm computar lens which covers the sky over north Wicklow and south Co. Dublin.
Much better results last night - captured 39 meteors of which 27 were Geminids.

Hi Michael,
I am using a Computar 8mm F/0.8 on a Watec Ultimate,
Direction is NNE from South Dublin,
I was checking the camera this morning and it looks like there was some update that needed a restart and sadly it froze and I doubt I got much, I check remotely online as the camera is in the parents house so fingers crossed I will get back to restart it manually and hopefully have something to show and of course to turn off ALL UPDATES!! :bricks:
fair play on the 39!! that's excellent stuff!!
Graham.

I was with Apostolis Christou, Armagh yesterday.
He recorded 164 meteors using 3 cameras. One bright one at -6 mag.
Actually, it was quite amazing to see the slow ever increasing brightness on the screen. There was one that appeared to be head on.
When I got home I didn't record any. I still think my camera is at a very low elevation at 20 degrees from the horizon when viewing directly East.
