APRIL ASTROPHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION WINNER! (2007) was created by Seanie_Morris
It is with great pleasure that I get to announce that Kieran Rooney, from DOWN, and member of the East Antrim Astronomy Society, is the Winner of the IFAS Astrophotography Competition for April!
The Leo Triplet of M65, M66, and NGC 3628. Taken with an ED-80 telescope and an H16 camera on the night of March 13th/14th 2007. Some processing in Photoshop.

I had intended to submit a colour image of NGC 3628 but only managed to grab two colour channels before the clouds came in.
