PM notification

Is normal to receive a notification when you have received PM?

I'll go easy on you Seanie I won't mention anything about when the forum might be user friendly for iPad users.

Aye, it is normal to get an email notification when a PM arrives in your inbox. Are you not getting any?

And, as I don't have an iPad, I am still at a disadvantage to iPad users to what's wrong on the layout! Would you oblige me with some screenshots please?

No Seanie, I'm afraid I didn't receive a PM notification, although I had received 3 PM's recently.

I have a couple of screen grabs below, which show what happens when I open the forum. Basically the forum parameters are set too big for the iPad screen and you have to drag the relevant part of the forun into view.

This wasn't a problem before the "upgrades" that took place early last year.

Please be advised, since a recent forums software update 3 weeks ago, I have noticed that there are now no PM notifications highlighting when one logs in. I checked my PM inbox on Saturday, and there were 3 PMs for which I got no notifications for. We're looking into the problem, but you might want to make a conscious effort to actually log in and check your own PM inbox.

I've update the email notification settings for the PMS component.
