I'm having trouble inserting my avatar, went thorugh the same procedure as the previous site and no joy.
Any suggestions?

Go update your avatar, click on the "My Profile" option under the "User Menu"
When you go into your profile, you'll see "Edit" at the top of the page.
If you hover over "Edit", a list of 3 items should pop down.
If you click on "Update your image" from this pop down, you'll be brought onto a page where you can either select an avatar or upload a new avatar.
Still no joy Darragh, I've tried a variety of different avatars from different sites with no success. Are there some avatars that won'y load?

Are you trying to use an off-site avatar i.e link to an image on another site?
If so, we don't support that, you'll need to save the image to your PC and upload it as described above.
