Novice/Binocular Handbooks

I was just looking at downloading these two handbooks but the links don't appear to work - either nothing happens at all or it takes me back to the home page. Are these downloads still available & if so, what's the easiest way to get a few copies please? (This is for evening classes that DAS is planning for September).
