2 ISS Solar Transits for Dublin 11 & 14th September

I drove out to sandymount strand, I got some good videos of the sun anyway, I'll process them later and see if I at least got some sunspots. Hope we get another chance soon, but might not happen again for a while.

My wife and myself appear to be the only ones to have witnessed this marvellous spectacle. How did Albert get on?

Albert is learning that seeing specific astronomical events and babies don't mix well!

Glad yourself and Valerie got to see it after all the confusion about times! It's remarkable how much detail you can spot even with just a brief glance.

I wonder did Michael Murphy, Seanie Morris or Michael O'Connell see the event? I felt it was only really visible using a telescope.
