IFAS Eclipse shades in production - IFAS Reps please read

UPDATE!
The shades are in transit and should be with me in a few days. Rainbow Symphony have been great with their turnaround time.

IFAS Club Reps, please consult the relevant thread in the IFAS Reps/Council forum for further details. If you do not see the forum, that's because you are not added to it as an admin for your Club.

Dare I say it: I will not be playing babysitter and chasing after Clubs for information needed! The onus is on each club to have 2 Reps who have the proper forum access and be kept up to date via this channel!

As of today, (Updated Friday 27th Feb) the clubs that are eligible for their FREE solar shades are:
Kerry Astronomy Society,
Cork,
the I.A.A.
the I.A.S.
Shannonside
St Cronan's
The N.I.A.A.
South Kerry Astronomy Club.

What addresses are we to use for sending out the shades? Pm me please (or Seanie)

Clubs yet to qualify:
N.U.I. Galway
M.A.C.
Astro 2

The shades are on Irish soil but are now held up in customs. It won't be long til they are ready for dispatch to the individual clubs, make sure you have your memberships updated!
