Solar transits seem more rare. I've only been near the path for one in the last couple of months, and yep, you guessed it, it was cloudy.

It looks like there may be a few chances around the end of this month or the start of the next...

Looking at Starry Night Pro (and how precise that is I don't know but I did just update the position files) the transits for Bray are:

18:41 "SOYUZ-TMA 5" mag 0.71
18:42 "PROGRESS-M 51" mag 0.7
18:43 "ISS" mag 0.69

I noticed that too. afaik M-51 is still attached to the ISS as is TMA5 so they should not be showing up as separate.

Yeah, I thought that it sounded a bit strange.

SOYUZ-TMA 5 has been recently relocated from one docking port to another and PROGRESS-M 51 was launched on Dec 23 and docked on Dec 25.

I don't have any of these programmes to see if any transits occur down here.

Would anyone be willing to see if anything (night time) might occur for Tullamore (53.2740°N, 7.4890°W) and Tyrrellspass (53.3890°N, 7.3740°W) in the coming weeks? I'll give you a free Réalta??
